Optional sunrise safari or relaxed breakfast. Transfer to Anuradhapura. Family-friendly exploration with storytelling guides at the sacred monuments and reservoirs.
Transfer towards Sigiriya. Afternoon cycling through village trails, paddy fields, and lakeside paths. Optional canoe ride or traditional cooking demonstration.
Early morning climb of Sigiriya Rock Fortress (recommended for children aged 8 and above). Afternoon safari at Minneriya or Kaudulla National Park based on season. Evening relaxation and family games.
Seasonal Note: The elephant gathering at Minneriya and Kaudulla is best experienced between July and October.
En route visit to Dambulla Cave Temple. Transfer to Kandy. Guided Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic visit. Evening lakeside stroll or cultural dance performance.
Scenic highland drive through waterfalls and tea estates to Nuwara Eliya. Family-friendly tea plantation and factory tour with tasting. Evening by Gregory Lake with optional paddle boating or horse riding.
Early morning excursion to Horton Plains National Park (recommended for children aged 10 and above). Guided walk to World’s End and Baker’s Falls. Picnic breakfast in the park. Relaxed afternoon in Nuwara Eliya with café hopping or strawberry farm visit.
Board the scenic hill country train from Nanu Oya through tea plantations, waterfalls, and mountain villages to Ella. Evening visit to the Nine Arches Bridge.
Scenic morning drive with a stop at Ravana Falls. Afternoon jeep safari at Yala National Park. Sunset in the wilderness at a luxury safari lodge.
Optional sunrise safari. Drive along the southern coastline to Galle. Optional beach stop in Unawatuna. Evening Galle Fort exploration with ice cream, rampart walks, and artisan boutiques.
Relaxed morning at the beach or within Galle Fort. Scenic coastal drive to Colombo with optional stops – turtle hatchery, cinnamon gardens, or café breaks. Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport.
